PRESENTATION TITLE TO BE ANNOUNCED

Abstract of talk. Bots are of great help for developers. They are in charge of specific activities such as regression testing (e.g. Jenkins) or commit review process (e.g. Gerrit) among others. And those bots are being used by open source communities to improve the software development process. However from a research point of view, this process is hard to mine and rises specific difficulties that general mining tools do not cover. This presentation covers as a case of study the WebKit and OpenStack communities and aims at providing an experience report when retrieving data from them.
