Registration

• Registration will be possible until October 1, 2017.
• A student registration fee of 125 EUR applies to students (master students or PhD students) enrolled in a university of the French Community of Belgium.
• Regular registration fees are as follows:

  Early registration (until September 14, 2017)	250 EUR
  Late registration (from September 15, 2017)	300 EUR

• The registration fee covers coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, social event, and conference dinner.
• Participants should register using the online registration form.
• The registration fee can be paid by credit card (Visa/MasterCard). Upon successful registration, you will receive a notification email with a link to your invoice.
• The registration fee is non-refundable.
